A well worn embroidered and cloth sleeve eagle worn during WW2 by British and certainly New Zealand Air Force personnel serving in the Pacific.
Good colour to red embroidered eagle, but grubby to light khaki material, with slight fraying to edges.
To back, edges have been folded over and a canvas backing cloth is still present.
No maker mark, but evidence of wear and removal from a uniform.
