A single piece, darkened brass cap or collar badge (worn as either) to the 10th (North Otago) Infantry Regiment.
Some light wear to high-points, with about 90% of darkened finish still present. Lots of old polish to detail.
To back, both copper looped lugs have been clipped of, with just the posts remaining.
What saves this badge is the darkened finish, which is rare.
