A WW1 era two piece, darkened brass or bronze shoulder title to the British Inns of Court Regiment, Territorial Officer Training Corps.
Much wear to darkened finish to front, but this remains to back. The "T" has been separately brazed to top of title.
Sadly, only 2 out of 3 original hex type lugs are to back. Missing bottom left, when viewed from the back.
