New Zealand 24mm Tunic Button NZ Forces - WW2 - Bakelite
A single piece, large Bakelite tunic button to the New Zealand Forces.
The pattern was worn from 1911, but during WW2, New Zealand looked to conserve scarce war materials, such as Brass, and used this early form of plastics on uniforms worn in New Zealand.
Light wear to front, with good detail.
To back is a integrated shank, with no maker mark.
