A two piece, chromed metal and resin US Combat Artillery Badge.
This is a unofficial badge, which is one of a number which appeared after the institution of the Combat Infantryman's Badge. They were worn at the discretion of the commanding Officer and usually NOT on dress uniforms, but in "Shadow Boxes" or displayed with medals.
