A large, gilt brass 25mm Tunic Button to the New Zealand Artillery.
These appeared at some stage in the 1930's and were worn up until the New Zealand Artillery merged with the Royal New Zealand Artillery.
Light wear to front, with good detail, though the brass is now a dark tone.
To back, the fixed shank is firm and original, but bent to one side.
Maker marked to "J R Gaunt & Son, London".
