A 1937 Pattern, webbed bayonet frog dated 1943.
These were issued also in New Zealand, and are commonly found in this Air Force Grey-Blue colour.
Clean, with all stitching present.
It has a faint mark to back, and I think (and may have this wrong) have a maker mark of "S.C & T Ltd" then 1943 below and the Canadian Defense mark of a "C" with a broadarrow to center.
