A white metal, cut down cap badge to the British Yorkshire Regiment (Alexandra Princess of Wales Own).
In its current state, it looks very similar to a 19th Royal Hussars (Queen Alexandra’s Own) Cap badge, but has wrong crown.
Missing the bottom two banners, and can see the breaks in the edges of the feet on the "A".
Light wear to front, with good detail.
To back is a long brass slider, firm and original, but bent at tip.
No maker mark.
