A single piece, Copper sleeve badge to a Warrant Officer, 2nd Class (WOII) with metal backing plate.
Size 40mm by 57mm.
This is a die stamped badge, which has been affixed to the backing plate with split-pins. If I take them off, it will scratch the lugs, so I leave as is.
To back are two copper looped lugs, firm and original.
No maker mark that I can see..
Worn by Australian Commonwealth Military Forces just because its made from Copper, but the same badge was also worn by Britain and other countries such as New Zealand and the Canadian Armed Forces.
