A huge helmet plate to the Canadian Dartmouth Police of Nova Scotia, with kings crown in chromed metal.
With separate maple leaf/beaver and numbers to front for "63".
To back are remnants of old glue and felt, which I presume comes from a old display board. Two screw posts, are firm and original.
No fixing nuts and no maker mark that I can see.
