A bi-metal collar badge to the Post 1947 Royal New Zealand Signals Corps.
This is the Gilt fired brass and Silver (though NOT marked as such to back) type, and has the added separate "Royal NZ Signals" bottom banner (otherwise it would be the same as the UK Royal Signals badge).
Light wear to front, with two D shaped copper looped lugs to back (as they are short I presume this is a collar. Cap badge lugs tend to be longer).
No maker mark. Left when worn.
