A hard to find, single piece, gilt brass collar badge to the Canadian Peel Regiment.
Worn just until 1923 when the Regiment then merged with the Dufferin Regt to form the Peel & Dufferin Regt (it was to merge again in 1936 to form the Peel, Dufferin and Haldimand Regt).
Light wear to gilt finish, which is now a darkened tone to front.
To back are 2 copper looped lugs, firm and original.
No maker mark and Mazea's M.107.
