A rather battered and broken shoulder title to I think the East Surrey Regiment.
Its lost or deliberately had the "E" broken off to front and may also have been a lettered and numbered title, as there is evidence of something ground off, above the first "R".
Some wear and toning to front.
To back are two small looped lugs, firm to back.
No maker mark.
