A New Zealand Sweethearts badge made from gilt brass, enamel, mother of pearl and silver (frame is marked as such).
Some wear to front, with damage to green enamel to "NZ" and also blue to lower scroll.
The frame is bent, but I think that's due to the shell background used.
To rim of frame, are the words stamped "Silver Rim"
To back, only the hinge and pin are present. With hook snapped off.
