A single piece, gilt brass collar badge to the Royal New Zealand Army Ordnance Corps.
The RNZAOC were awarded the prefix "Royal" in 1947, the badge was then issued after and worn until 1952, with the then change in crown/Monarch.
Collar is left (when worn). Note the direction of the three cannon to center, as a collar pair have opposing cannon.
Its in OK condition. You tend to find badges of these era to be heavily polished/worn. There is good detail to front, but no gilt finish. Brass is toned overall, with some patches of verdi gris to front.
To back are 2 long copper looped lugs, firm and original. Note one is slightly bent inwards.
No maker mark.
